i bought them in a used items store for 1 euro Very nice sound ! charged by usb , so you can use it outside with your phone and a small solarcharger. i use them for gaming online and for watching movies. Perfect little speakers with great quality sound.

These Logitech Z120's are great to have next to a laptop or monitor. Logitech designed these with a bit of character and built them very solidly which is unusual considering the price. I'me in agreement with Limitless Tech UK on this one, these are more than satisfying and give quite effective stereo separation when listening to good quality sound recordings of music and other media. In terms of their compact size and price, it's not apparent that sound quality has been compromised and they will do a very competent job when powered to a laptop or monitor.

I use these with a portable suitcase record player. They get their power from the turntable's USB port, and transmit sound from the 3.5mm headphone jack. That's how good these Z120s are, definitely an upgrade from the turntable's built in speakers. This also saves the use of more wall sockets. Suitcase record players are fairly small, and these speakers look just the right fit to accompany them.
