Are bhai madad kardo. Headset bahut accha hei but volume bahut low hei. G hub try download kiya but volume sahi nahi hui plus lgs (logitech gaming software) bhi kiya but its showing device not detected. Overall headphone pretty nice but the the sound is trash and i need ur help in that to fix it

Im not getting any sound, when i plug it in
you can make the microphone sound way better, go to Sound Control Panel and then go to Recording and double click on the G432 Microphone then go to Advanced and put it on 1 channel, 16 bit, 48000 Hz (DVD Quality). Also if its to quiet then go to the Levels option (the one right next to Advanced) and set the bar to as high as you want. If you don't know how to go to Sound Control Panel then here's how, Open settings then go to System and click on Sound and on the right you should see Sound Control Panel

don't buy Logitech. after a year the cable is cheap and starts to go bad that you will get a lot of noise and won't be able to rewire it. but they do sound good. also, the blue starts to peel off.

The mic isn't working for some reason. I've tried disabling the laptop mic, I've tried removing and readding the headset, but it still doesn't work.
Does the USB adapter work for other headsets as well?

Don’t buy these maybe they are super conftorable and good sound and nic but they break roughly after a year
i got these when they came out and i couldn't be more disappointed in a headset. coming from a pair of logitech g430s these were a step down in every possible way. the wire is shorter, weaker, and when i got them they already had a hole in the casing. sound claimed to be better but it was the same or worse. for about a month there was a creak in the headset and whenever you slightly moved your head the mic would pick it up and annoy people you are talking to. the volume wheel on the headset is very sensitive so every time you take off the headset if you happen to nudge it the volume is messed up next time you go to use it. the leather on the cups wears out very quickly as compared to the mesh which stays the same on the g430s. also these ones broke after a year of use in the same spot the g430s did after 5 years of use on the hinge where the cups connect to the headrest.

I've been using the first razer electra since around 2015. It's still working fine only the mic is dead. Looking for an upgrade. Never regret investing slightly expensive product for better quality and for many years of usage. It's definitely worth it.
