Wo liegen eigentlich die Unterschiede zwischer einer C910 und der B910? Die Garantie von 2 Jahre für die Consumer "C910" und 3 Jahre für die Business "B910" . Soweit ist mir das mal klar. Dann soll ein Unterschied zwischen der Software sein. Kann man nicht von der Logitech Seite jeweils die Software von der anderen Version runterladen und verwenden? Von der Bildqualität sollte es ja zwischen den beiden 910 Modellen keinen Unterschied geben. Auf eine Antwort würde ich mich freuen.

@majtymicke Onboard Encoding is not available for average applications like skype, MSN, ICQ and others. I only know 1 Application, wich is capable of using the onboard encoding at all - VirtualDub. If you want to use this cam without onboard encoding, i suggest you another cam instead, like the Logitech B910 or the Logitech C910. Both work without drivers and give you a MUCH better Image quality! Your CPU should be strong enough for both.
@meningitisz I already managed to play the stream now, using the windows media player and the CoreAVC Codec. Sadly, i cannot recode it to something Youtube or any other Online Video Service would be able to process.
It depends on your CPU. Mine is quite strong, so i'd say it would be as smooth. To make it clear: This Video doesn't show the Video you get with the onboard encoding for the B990. I'ts only as smooth, as your CPU can make it. The video produced with onboard encoding is as smooth as this, but looks much worse.

Nice review, guys! thanks. A question though, when you guys switched cams in this vid, which webcam micrphones were you using?. I have the B990 on Windows 7 with the generic drivers but I can't get the microphones to enable. Do you also know when the Logitech drivers will get released?
