Thats one of my fave lipsticks. It stays on all day and keeps my lips soft...unlike most lip balms. Thumbs up from me.
Seriously I used to buy those green lipsticks for like a dollar & I grew up with them over 30 years ago. I called them the "pool" lipsticks bc no matter what, that lip color wouldn't fade even after a day at the pool or the beach. Lol!! In fact I have 1 now that I bought about 15 years ago bc I was on the hunt for that "pool" lipstick. I can't believe they came back & are sold for $25

I also love this product. It's very natural. It's also very small, so you can carry it with you. Also you can get the exact same thing but in a smaller size also from Ulta and it's only $12.
I remember Tangee lipstick. It s pretty much the same thing, but orange instead of green. That stuff is still being made and had been around forever!

I don't think it's worth it but the color looks great on me and it's super hydrating... I would pay 15-17 easy but 25 is too farrrrr

Yep, the green one turned pink and the yellow one turned fuschia another one went brownish red. The same company also made what was the first ever bronzer, with gold sparkle in it, you dusted it on with a huge blusher brush
These two are strange to me, they both did their makeup and the most noticeable thing on both of their faces is the very very light (white) bake they did under their eyes. Neither one did their eye makeup to try to bring out theirs eyes, it's like they both want the most noticeable thing on their faces to be the light highlight under their eyes and this to me looks very fake and made them both look strange. Ladies, lighten up on the baking and try some mascara!
I guess you two aren't aware that in order to review makeup, you ACTUALLY have to wear makeup?

The color on each of your lips really did look different though.
Nivea is a makeup/lip care brand which makes a chapstick/ lipstick like this color. It's a chapstick on the inside and on the outside it's a tinted lip balm. It's very cheap and you can get it at Ulta.
Does medieval stain the lips?
Thanks so much. I've always wanted to try Lipstick Queen. I'm VERY fair (though not as fair as you)...maybe an NC 20 in MAC, Warm Ivory or Sand in Bobbi Brown, and Nude in Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer. The warning about having pigmented lips was so appreciated. I have really rosy lips, and some sheers look gorgeous (like MAC Politely Pink), but most sheers (like MAC Pattiserie) are just a wash. You can't even tell I have anything on. It's awful! You are so lucky, actually to have pale lips because EVERYTHING looks good on you. It's true. I either have to go darker (which a lot of the time doesn't suit my complexion...don't really care for darker colors) or go opaque (and most opaque lipsticks look gunky or dry my lips out like the liquid lipsticks. I can start out by erasing my lips with concealer or foundation, and then lip liner and then lipstick, etc., etc... And then the minute I eat something...I have to start all over again. You seem like a really nice lady, and not at all phony glam. Good luck to you.
I'm a few shades darker than your skin tone, and practically live in Jean Queen. I think it looks great on just about anyone. Enjoyed your video :)
I have the same skin tone as u :3 (freckled, pale and pale lips)I LOVE LQ's lipsticks. I find that LQ's Saint lipsticks are perfect as they are hydrating, have minimal pigmentation and haveshades u can wear easily.Best of all, non drying or greasy! I do think Float looks lovely on you, u can add some pink to your lip with that shade to make your lips pop a little. :)

Thank you for showing an actual demo of the Lipstick Queen lipsticks. This was incredibly helpful. These are the three shades I was looking into. All 3 shades looked fantastic on you. I know Float was not your top choice but it actually looked very lovely and chic on your lips with your skin tone.

The set I have has the Medieval as well, Sigh which is a luster mauve and Saint Pink which is a perfect everyday home or work color. I think her entire saint collection is made for us fair ladies. I really like the Jean Queen on you. I've looked at it so many times on her website, but have been on the fence. If you subscribe to her site, she does have promos where the trios have been on sale for around $29. I kick myself each time there's been a sale because I've always just bought something else recently & therefore wont allow myself to buy something else so soon. Next time, I hope I can just go for it since the sale price is really quite ridiculous. If you like being able to wear a red, then you may also like Angel Red from Clinique. It's one of their "Different Lipstick" formulas. It looks scary in the tube, but dab it on your lips & it's completely wearable. It was part of a gift with purchase which is how I came to try it otherwise I most likely wouldn't have gone near it. Also, just started using Jack Black lip balm this week & the dry patch on my lower lip which I thought was just going to be a permanent winter feature has gone away.I read the comments below & it does have lanolin in it...so I think you are onto it. I've been reading the ingredients of the balms that I've been using versus this balm & the agave lip mask which I also purchased & there's the lanolin, but there's also no mineral oil or petroleum in these two products either and one or the other seems to be in everybalm that I have from the drugstore. I was wondering if the mineral oil &/or petroleum might just be blocking some of the better ingredients from working in these drugstore balms?
Have you tried the Bite Beauty Lush Lip Tints? I have finished two ( which says a lot considering the ridiculous amount of lip products I have) in Lychee and Blackcurrent. I find them moisturizing and nicely pigmented for a sheer lipstick/balm type product. The downside is the price which is pricey. I've been eyeing the Lipstick Queen sets, but have never tried. All three of these look lovely on you including the nude.
