After how much time should we make pizza . I made pizza after 1 hr of making dough and didnt add yeast instead added baking powder and soda. I made the pizza in convection oven and kept it for 20min at 180 deg and preheated it before for 2min at 200deg and my pizza burnt.what mistake did i do please reply
