Thr r 3 category of a.c1,2nd nd 3rd 1st) . Diakin.hitachi. Because they r specialist in making a.c 2nd) voltas. 3rd) godrej . .onida. So go for 1st catagory. Inverter or non inverter? Very simple . If u want to run ur a.c 6 to 9 hrs continuously then go for inverter . Mostly recommended for offices nd shops. Saves energy. But cost is high nd service is costly. ( Non inverter ) for houses Low cost . budget works very well no matter above 50 degree . .it will cool ur ass perfectly
