as per my view...Lew boxing gloves are not good for professionals...but yeah if you are doing mma,boxing or kickboxing just for fitness...go on for these gloves...otherwise if u r a professional fighter this gloves are crap for u ...Fighters should go with everlast,usi,venum or lonsdale.

I switch between 16 & 12oz gloves im slower but bring more power with 16oz, an for speed drills an technique ill use 12oz.

I got 10 oz and my hands hurt after... for beginners id recommend 12 14 or 16
From my experience when you train boxing if you do it almost bare handed it will condition your wrists but make sure you are not a beginner and dont punch the bag with all your power if you care about your hands. Or if you use big gloves, around 16,18oz it'll be harder 'cus they are bigger and heavier, they are usually better for sparring so youll protect your parthner's head and your hands too. I suggest doing both things, condition every part, train every part. Bigger gloves - increasing the punching speed/power. No gloves - conditioning the wrist.

What most boxers dont notice is that this version is the pro style boxing glove and there is a cheaper version called the everlast powerlock training glove the one in this video is the pro version
Iv seen some grey and red everlast powerlock for 20 new,does that sound too good to be true? It's from a proper shop,they pop up on google when you type them in. Or are there cheaper versions of this glove?

I have been using a 12oz powerlock for a year now... i use it for mitts and heavy bag and i can say that the padding is terrible. Padding is almost non existent anymore. When i wear the gloves and press the knucle area with my thumb, i can feel that the padding is very thin and I can literrally feel my knuckles. Thats not good if youre punching a heavy bag. My knuckles have been bruised because of this glove for a year.Anyone reading, please reply to this comment on your experiences with powerlocks... im curious.
