They stol my bag and swivel and I was left with that plastic ball and I need to find the wmawivel that fits it.
The platform is bouncing because you need to weigh it down with a bag of sand

The red bag last like a month the black one last more then 6 months get the atomic title speed bag it's super fast and small get the S not XS

Have you tried rival boxing's speed bag swivel?
I bought one after watching this, once they were in stock. It's absolutely amazing for the standard boxers speedbag workout apart from the pin lock popping out and trying to avoid my eyes BUT if you want to do any kind of freestyle movement on that swivel (different angles etc) It's not the swivel for you ( it simply wants to move forward and back )
Rival came out with a new swivel that looks very similar to the lightning-fast. It's about half the price of the Title swivel. Can't find any reviews on it though.
I bought this swivel on Title’s Amazon shop based off your video and a couple others. Mine came in in a plain white box with 4 tiny wood screws and a made in Pakistan sticker and had a bunch of visible black machine grit on the backside of the bearing. No title branding and the mounting holes were too small for the provided screws, I’d have to ream out the holes and put in different longer 1/4” screws (since I modded my EA platform and added two 1” boards on top). Was wondering if you had the same experience when you purchased your title lightning fast swivels? Thanks

that lightning fast swivel is sold outwhat is my next option you recommend? not sure what platform yet im buying but leaning towards the everlast adjustable and adding the table tops on top like i've seen. Not sure if all swivels universally fit different platforms.
What about the ball swivel I hear that had better ranges for more types of excersises

Neoprene washers between the pin and clevis take the slop out left and right. I used 4 washers and improved on this already great swivel.

if you're not using a traditional "ball-hook" swivel you don't really know what you're talking about on a speed bag . stop promoting brands you're misleading people.

This bag really is better then title speed bags in my opinion. They stay true to standard speed bag sizes unlike title speed bags that’s are made on the fatter side of things. Like I tried so many of there bags and there all fattys. (4 bags) so not all there bags but even when I look at there other bags online they have a fat look to them so I’m sure there some fattys as well. Most 6x9 are still some what skinny. I know these are 6.5x9.5 so they are even more stretched but that’s what I’m looking for. Titles 6x9 is a fatty I was shocked to see that was there medium bag. Anyways aside from there speed bags everything’s else i tried from title is great. Even there speed bags are great just fat for some reason. which I’m not a fan of. Lol
some bags are heavier then other ones, have a bit more shock value then others, how is that weight wise , heavy ish ? lightweight ? as compared to a normal medium bag all factors considered, heavy, or light ? is it like punching a balloon or punching something with weight to it ?
Do you think the large could still move well on that platform? I was thinking of making the platform but wanted to make sure the large bag could still move well without any problem

Before i even watched this i can tell you i have 2 of these and they are totally reliable and good for the money, mine have never deflated at all. I got the medium and then i got the small it is fast and i have it on the same swivel as you. My medium is on the LMS swivel witch is much better in my opinion.
Good review - the company sells a lot of sporting equipment. They carry a good range/quality of boxing hardware (heavy bag spring, swivels, brackets etc) which I import here to Australia

I quite like the the smaller speed mitts, but the most important thing is comfort, durability and hand/wrist protection for the coach. Which one(s) would you recommend? I quite like some of the Rival mitts (RPM-1, RPM-80 Impulse, RPM-5 Parabolic, RPM-11 and the Fairtex FMV9 mitts. Any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated. Thank you man.
