One thing I cannot really understand though is that you say that the external case i.e. chassis is metal, and other reviews say that it is plastic, whilst Lenovo itself does not specify. Can you please clarify the exterior material? Is it plastic or metal or magnesium alluminium or magnesium alloy? Thank you.
I bought it 1 year ago and regret it. The screen was broken by the charger cable of my phone when I closed it on it - fragile. The touchpad doesn't work even after hours of troubleshooting, so I have to use a mouse. It is buggy.

I've had it for over 1 year. I have the 16gb and 500gb SSD. It is the best laptop I've owned. I've had windows laptops since they first came out. The screen is beautiful. It's fast and very ergonomic no matter the format (laptop, tent, tablet). The whole shebang is beautiful to boot; sexy just looking at it. The only problem for me is that Lenovo keeps coming up with upgrades (910, 920 so far.) that I really don't need with the 900 that is still an excellent machine. But there is that strong biological/psychological urge to always upgrade regardless. Thankfully, my wife provides the governor to that irrational endogenous upgrade part of my brain. I'm usually forced to wait 3 years. My 900 can well serve me til then.

Again with the ending of the video, stop with the generalization of the consumer base, as consumers are aware enough that this laptop is in a niche category.
You just CANNOT argue that flexibility is not necessary, as it is an OPTION. The reason why we have so many options is for companies to attract more consumers into buying commodities like these.

Why is no brand producing a flexible laptop, that is not "wobbly"? Every time she touches the screen, it goes back and forth, which looks weird. The Surface Book has the same problem actually.

This laptop is horrible. I just bought it yesterday and I've found some issues with it. First, the laptop is very audible. Even just casual web browsing (after 5 mins), the fan kick in pretty hard. In Skype, the fan work non stop, even another person that you are calling can hear it too. Second, the screen is dark even in highest setting. I've compare it to my old 1080p screen laptop and the contrast ratio, color accuracy and brightness are just worse than my old one. Third, one key is just pop out. This happen out of the box when I just got it. Luckily bestbuy don't charge restocking fees for this laptop. I'm returning it.

Lon I am a very big fan of your work, I love technology and absolutely love your reviews, this is the 1st time I am putting a comment here, I own this laptop since it came out last year in the later part, my reading of this laptop is exactly how you have described, extra battery is must for me so after talking to Mike Gyver I got a customized extra 10 hour plus brick for this , this unit rocks and so are your reviews, please keep up the good work.
People would complain on others that the SD slot was to hard to get back out if it was so deep.
If you own an Xbox you could use it for Streaming Xbox games to the laptop, in tablet mode with a Bluetooth gamepad.
