I still use this laptop it's been great but the mini hdmi is terrible in general, I wish it had a normal hdmi port, it also gets hot but those are my only complaints

For anyone worried about fan noise - There was an updated driver released and the fan no longer is constantly running. I am using mine right now to type this and it is consistently silent. As a 2-1 with a beautiful display, the ability to upgrade to 16gb ram, and an SSD, this laptop is pretty dang nice. I have had it for a little over two years and although the fan was initially annoying, I no longer have any complaints.

I don't recommend it, I always heard a click on the right hinge, 4 months later, the hinge broke the screen, and obviously, Lenovo warranty doesn't cover the damage. I don't recommend it!, $700 to the trash!! haha

I get random BSOD's on my 2 months old yoga 710. (so far 5, 3 before Windows update, 2 after, did a bios update today) Anyone else have this issue?
How is the fingerprints/smudges on this one? I have the black variant and it gets very dirty. I'm thinking about changing it to the silver.

I too own a lenovo yoga 710 14 inch. My screen is coming out a little bit in the bottom right corner so any ideas how to fix it with or without removing the screen. I do not want the laptop display to get spoilt. It is 3 yrs old and still owning it.

got this laptop 4 years ago. 4 years later the battery has completely died. laptop immediately turns off once i unplug it from the charger. the screen turns blank white randomly while i use it. and the track pad constantly gets stuck and i wasn't able to use it for about a week until it randomly started working again. this is after 4 years of everyday use. the battery has lasted quite a while. i think i just need to install a new one (right?) - everything else i don't know how to fix.
I got this in 2016. Hard Drive crashed on the first week but they gave me a new one no problem! I haven't had a problem in the last 4 years until today:( screen wont turn on and key board is flashing. Either way I would recommend this laptop to anyone. I guess 4 years is the limit for these things from what im told.

Had mine for 3.3 years never an issue.
I had this laptop. There is a chronic issue with the display cable, It is broken easily and screen starts to flicker. You can find the details on YouTube. So many people experiencing same issue. My display got broken 3 years later ( You may think not bad) Moreover, mouse pad got broken in 2 year. It doesn't answer clicking and the worst one is speakers got broken in only three months. So overall this laptop look good, however I really don't recommend it.
I have used this laptop intensively for almost 3 years now . I remapped the shift key .Other than a meh battery life this laptop has been fast and great sounding the dedicated graphics are not much but i would re buy in a heartbeat .Solid machine used for production every day. Just be careful with the screen that is high quality an very comfortable on the eyes.

Sounds like you dont know too much about laptops or computers for that matter. Does it come with windows 10 home or pro? Is it intel I-3, I-5 or I-7?
i'm having problems with my wed camera - u know anyway I can get it to work I've tried everything.
I have this one. It's a great laptop. But i feel the touchpad way too much sensitive sometimes and "jumpy". Hard to handle sometimes... let me know what do you think of that please.
