Worst experience ever. First problem was it switched off for no reason and when i plugged it in the led light kept blinking but the tab did not turn on. I tried many solutions. This tablet is useless and has a lot of problems and would never recommend it. Buy at your own risk. Good thing they discontinued this thing.

never buy Lenovo tablet they have poor customer support after factory reset you will not able to login to google account will show you error even you try 100 times. and without signing to google account, you can not enter your tablet. your tablet will be useless.

Never buy this tablet, worst experience. First problem was it switched off and never turned on again and I charged it but the led light just kept blinking, after trying lots of solution one of them was when I charged it with my battery it worked and switched on but after that it started charging slowly like 1 hour 7 percent. months later it suddenly switched off for no reason. I turned it on but it kept switching on and off and again and again, it kept boot looping (recommend me some solutions) Tried out all solutions and warranty was finished, Even if it was cheap it should have been better than this. My 7 year old cheap Samsung is still working while this does not even cross the 2 year mark. I tried to factory reset by volume up and power button but the hard reset screen never came and now I am stuck. Never going to buy Lenovo products ever again.
