I too have this laptop but of i5 9th gen. I bought it in October 2020. On Jan 17 2021, the laptop suddenly turned off and I went to the dealer. They got the motherboard replaced. After that I got many BSOD errors. The laptop was not getting updated with bootable pendrive also. So lenovo arranged onsite service and my laptop's motherboard and ram got replaced again. But again it showed one BSOD error. So they replaced the SSD also. Now finally it's working fine
