Do not ever buy this laptop. I have been using this since last year and I have faced major issue regarding the build quality. The build quality looks premium but that's not true at all.
There are two versions with RAM12 OR RAM 20 to lenovo S540. Which better?

Awesome review. truely agree. i bought this without looking at online reviews. never disappointed though. easy to recommend current price also is not too high at 69000 (instead of 128 gb ssd it is now available with 256 gb ssd). But its again a Chinese Product :(:(

I have this laptop. I have some issues with connecting with WiFi at my home. It works for 5 to 10 minutes and then it shuts down the router making internet inaccessible for all other devices. Do you any solution for this ?

Device is heavy then its rival which in my opinion is a thoughtful consideration but its the only thing which made me bit worried about choosing this device, apart from lenovo lacks their symbolic status unlike hp, acer, dell. Bit overpriced as well but when i compared it with its rival its clearly stands out, because of its mind boggling features at this price point. Considering its metal magnesium alloy build and which comes with 1 tb and 256 ssd, 2gb graphics card, which enhance its performance, haven't tested battery yet but that is not an issue considering individual usage. Professionals can buy this laptop but gamers need to think twice because of heating and battery backup which doesn't powered it well.

Stay away! Lenovo is the biggest fraud and scammer in the computer industry. My Lenovo Ideapad S540's body deformed in 9 days. And they refused the change the laptop with tons of funny excuses. It is the worst laptop I've ever used. And if you buy Lenovo, you are all alone with no customer support. I am just warning you guys. I am sure "only one person's" comment is not very important but please check trustpilot reviews before buy Lenovo. is the webcam? Nobody seems to review those. but I’m on the market for a laptop with a good webcam for my work. Please someone, share some info if you have it. Thanks in advance!

I bought this laptop from flipkart in aug 2020 and within a month the left side hinge broke from the back bezel . Although it happened during warranty but it has still not repaired since lenovo service is the worst. Its been more than a month now since i had put up the complaint but my laptop is still broken. So whoever is plaiing to buy this lenovo laptop think again because my laptops hinge broke within a month even though i hardly used it. And i am calling customer service every day to get it repaired but no action. I had bought it on emi and this is the situation. Taking about battery life not so good. I played far cry 3 on it and from 100% to 10% the battery drained withing 45 mins only. Not joking try yourself . I would not recommend buying this becauss for 65k kindly look for something else. Specially do not buy from flipkart becauss they have only 7 days return policy. Thank you
