The company has giant team of Social Media Relationship, thats why it has many fake reviews and comments in which they justify that this is the worlds best laptop!!!! here is the reality by the REAL customer---- yes same experience, third quality laptop ,, build material is third class, my closing lid is broken after second year of purchase , even when i occasionally use it. chrome opens after 4 minute waiting. touch pad lags and useless for task like programming, sound is very slow cant listen in open. support is pathetic, my all tickets are pending from months, no calls from lenovo, only chatbots which are useless....i have to replace hard disk (SDD) then only it was usable for normal tasks like browsing.and now lid is broken what will i do with the broken laptop which was broke without human fault, just by closing and opening few times in second year purchase and occasional use?

o meu ideapad 330 vem com um I3 8th gen
Comprei este sendo I7 8 gerao e coloquei um SSD 240 e deixei o HD simples de 1T como sencundrio. OBS: Ainda nesta configurao que mudei TRAVA pra Car... nas edies de Video apenas. Irei comprar mais Memoria, ento ficarei com 20GB.O que me deixa indignado, que pesquisei bastante e vi testes com games e pelo que vi EDIO de video pesa mais que JOGOS! Ento se vc vai trabalhar com VIDEO (edio) pensa direitinho, pq de fabrica vc tera que fazer UPGRADE como estou fazendo, mas fora isso, TOP. bjo

Oh my goodness I have this laptop and I hate it so much! So slow! So much bloatware! I bought it so I could use it to print on my non-AirPrint printer. Ive used it maybe 10 times over the last six months or so and now it wont charge?! Ive researched and found a number of others have had the same problem.Do not buy this laptop, it is the worst!
