The company has giant team of Social Media Relationship, thats why it has many fake reviews and comments in which they justify that this is the worlds best laptop here is the reality by the REAL customer yes same experience, third quality laptop ,, build material is third class, my closing lid is broken after second year of purchase , even when i occasionally use it. chrome opens after 4 minute waiting. touch pad lags and useless for task like programming, sound is very slow cant listen in open. support is pathetic, my all tickets are pending from months, no calls from lenovo, only chatbots which are uselessi have to replace hard disk (SDD) then only it was usable for normal tasks like now lid is broken what will i do with the broken laptop which was broke without human fault, just by closing and opening few times in second year purchase and occasional use?

Wow, that's weird, all these phony dishonest positive things to say. Cool advertisement disguised as a review by the way. This concept is legion now on youtube, that's just another hidden ad. That's weird, my lenovo ideopad is a complete useless shit that takes 20 minutes to turn on, takes 19 hours only to install google chrome, crash all day long and needs at minimum 2 crashes before opening an internet page on the third attempt. This laptop is just shit, unable to do anything without crashing three times in a row, barely able to run wordpad. Don't buy this garbage

I’ve used it maybe 10 times over the last six months or so and now it won’t charge?! I’ve researched and found a number of others have had the same problem. Do not buy this laptop, it is the worst!
