The company has giant team of Social Media Relationship, thats why it has many fake reviews and comments in which they justify that this is the worlds best laptop!!!! here is the reality by the REAL customer---- yes same experience, third quality laptop ,, build material is third class, my closing lid is broken after second year of purchase , even when i occasionally use it. chrome opens after 4 minute waiting. touch pad lags and useless for task like programming, sound is very slow cant listen in open. support is pathetic, my all tickets are pending from months, no calls from lenovo, only chatbots which are useless....i have to replace hard disk (SDD) then only it was usable for normal tasks like browsing.and now lid is broken what will i do with the broken laptop which was broke without human fault, just by closing and opening few times in second year purchase and occasional use???

How will this laptop Work for graphic designer???
I just bought a Lenovo Ideapad 330-17ICH, (81FL008PMX), with a total amount of 8 GB memory. I have searched here on the forum and i'm not sure if I can upgrade the memory to 12 GB or a total of 20 GB. It has 4 GB soldered to the motherboard and 1x4 GB in the only RAM-slot. Anyone who has managed on just a 17ICH to get in 20 GB? (4 GB soldered + 1x16 GB on the RAM-slot)   16 GB the specs says are maximum, but thats impossible to uppgrade to on this model, if i don't can disable the soldered memory?   Crucial memory configurator says maximum 20 GB and that a 16 GB Crucial memory module will work, but i don't know. If I can only put in 8 GB to make it a total of 12 GB, is it any idea to do so or is it just as good to stay on 8 GB total memory instead then
