It's called a Platonia insignis I found it here seen these called "yellow mangosteen" and apparently they are called achacha in Bolivia addition to the more famous Garcinia Humilis (achacha). The Humilis is the one famous in Australia. Could be wrong.

Do you happen to remember the approximate diameter of this fruit? This information would be very useful for identification. Garcinia Intermedia fruits are typically Ø3cm; in the video, the fruits appear quite larger.
