there is a fire station and now police station. all that is needed is hospital
i dont like the dips in the walls. they are not good as minifigs can climb over to the net business or apartments, rooms. for some cases it makes sense but if i got it i would fill it in like how i had to for Brick Bank and the laundromat
it would be better if there was more police branding. you would not know its a police station
the set does not feel like a lego modular but more like a rebrickable MOC. not good that there is no stairs for the apartment and if i got it i would need to add modern computers. Also needs more police branding

They could've made it a corner building with maybe a parking or courtyard area with maybe a bike or car to accompany it and maybe not had the businesses either side

As I think I have commented before, I’d been hoping for a modular police station for a coup,e of years. Just a matter of where to put it. Nowwhen is the modular hospital going to come,tee the modular first responders trifecta?

New pieces
The best police themes were from 2014-2019, with 2017 being my favourite. The ones before were all fantastic, they just look almost the same. ’s just say that is was a bad that this set is bad or anything, it is still a great set, just that the ones before either looked better (2014-2018, excluding 2015) or had better play value (2014-2019).
