If you have Windows 8.1 with 8GB ram and are using this graphics card you can get 50-60fps out of most of all games cause windows 10 is slower

Well the answer is yes, but unnecessary. Think of the GeForce as rendering a 3D object quickly with all of its points already affixed in external data - and the Quadro, which stores that data onboard its own memory to compute every individual point on demand. You wont want that for gaming because the card has to load pre-rendered data and then re-compute, which is a waste of energy and computing power. In commercial applications, the 3D representations of intricately engineered objects require a lot of graphics memory, so they can quickly work through their designs without hiccups. Then again, if you're just designing bolts and nuts, a simple rig will suffice
