If it is really 10400 mAh, It should be tested, right? But I know you don't know how to test, Well, I know, What you need to do is charge the power bank to 100%, Disconnect the batteries from the boost converter/charging circuit, and test battery voltage, connect the bms/ boost converter to a variable power supply, test the cut off voltage of the battery, let's assume it is 3.3V, as in most cases, Let's assume the bms charges the battery to 4.15 V, So, connect a constant load, I recommend 1 Amp, and connect to the battery pack, discharge the battery to cut off voltage and measure how much time did it take, calculate capacity with the formula - Time (Hour) x Load (Amp), you will get real capacity, and still not enough, you need to calculate the boost converter efficiency too, let's assume it is 90% Efficient, and including phone charging circuit, battery charge efficiency is 70% Including battery resistance, so if the power bank uses 5000 mAh from the battery pack, only about 3500 mAh is used by the battery, and rest 1500 mAh is wasted in form of heat and radiations, and that's the real capacity. Too much detail, right? I know most of people don't care for such details in India, and that is why we always get fraud, because smart people know how to make a fraud, because we never care about anything except claims, please increase your knowledge and spread awareness, don't say these countries never get fraud why only India get fraud, because in India, no one cares for reality, that's why frauds, in other countries, people care for reality except claims, unlike India.
