Very well explained all the pros and cons of this vaccum cleaner . I just bought the Kent VC n I am dissapointed to find that the cord length is definitely enough only for a small area and the extension rod is too short and was unable to reach out to clean the ceilings. The motor got heated up in a minute or 2 after using. On the whole I would recommend this vaccum cleaner to clean a small area .

Just got my new Kent vaccume cleaner.. A little disappointed with the cord length and the extension rod which I found is suitable for a small area. The machine gets very hot in about 3 minutes otherwise looks and all is satisfactory 😟

I have used an earlier version of this vacuum cleaner. it also had the same Hepa filter that is also present in this model. It was the woooooooorst ever vacuum cleaner that I have seen. I can think of nothing more worst than this except the Kent company, which, of course gets all the credit for it being the worst. I am not so saddened without a reason. Just after some months, the, so called, Hepa filter in this vacuum cleaner seemed to underperform. the vacuum cleaner lost most of its sucking power. Most probably it was because of the Hepa filter getting blocked. They had boasted that it is washable, even then it was not working. Therefore, I decided to purchase a replacement. And then, I realized the standard of the Kent company. They did not provide it. I searched all of Kashmir, then looked for it in Delhi. I contacted the Kent customer care after many difficulties, they had no idea about it. I could not even get any local replacement for it. In the end I just picked the vacuum cleaner up and dumped it in the garbage bin. I have decided never to buy any Kent products. I just hate them
