HORRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE. I AM DENIED SERVICE AND REPAIR STATING THAT MY HOUSE IS 18 KMS AWAY FROM SERVICE CENTRE SO I AM NOT ENTITLED FOR SERVICE AFTER MAKING MORE THAN 100 CALLS. IF I WANT SERVICE I SHOULD BRING THIS COOLER TO SERVICE CENTRE MYSELF ON MY EXPENSE. 3. OVERPRICED REPLACEMENT PARTS. A SIMPLE WATER PUMP IS COSTING RS. 800/-. WHICH IS EASILY AVAILABLE FOR RS. 300 OF BRANDED COMPANIES. NOW SEE YOURSELF WHAT MERIT IS LEFT TO BUY THIS CHEAP COMPANY PRODUCT. TAKE MY ADVICE FRIENDS STAY AWAY.
