The machine is heavy to use, full with problems after guarantee period.
I like how it looks, I mean in terms of functionality. Does anyone have an idea of the price?

I own this machine for about 3 years, I will never recommend this to my friends Firstly this thing is heavy, and after every cleaning I will be sweating all over Second, the concept of saving time to vacuum and steam at the same time sounds good doesn't work. After the steam dislodge the dirt, the vacuum suck up all the rest. Those sticky gunt goes inside the cleaner head and the hose and you also need the wash the filter and water tank after use and it brings the total items needed to wash after EVERY use to 4 (cleaner head, hose, filter, water tank) Thirdly, this machine cannot do small spontaneous cleaning well. You need to fill up the water tank before use and after use clean the filter and tank (when using just the vacuum feature). But to be fair, all water based vacuum suffered this drawback Lastly, this machine cannot even function properly as a steam cleaner by itself. The hose to transport the steam and the vacuum hose is the same and therefore is very thick making it very hard to bend around to target, really tiring to use

Steam not working after a minimal home use
I do not recommend. It's hard to use for a woman. It's not manoeuvrable enough. The steam side has failed after a second use. I'll return it to Karcher.
