I am Impressed by Karbonn titanium octane plus, but i am hesitating to buy it due to three major reasons:  1)NEGATIVE opinions of BATTERY BACKUP  2)AFTER SALES SERVICE. My friends who are using it are complaining for the careless behaviour of executives sitting at the  ahmedabad sevice center. Once they take mobile for repairing then they give it back only after two-three months. Only one common service center between two-three chinese mobile company.  3) I inquired in various retail shops in ahmedabad includind CROMA but it was not available in a single outlet plus all the retailers are complaining about its very bad after sale service, no one was ready to give guarantee about its after sale service even if i pay for THEFT INSURANCE, BREAKAGE INSURANCE, WATER INSURANCE, AND ANTI VIRUS INSURANCE,,, Please assure me about your after sales service i definately want to buy karbonn titanium octane plus. Kindly revert back as soon as possible.

Dont buy any Karboon Mobile   I Have Used 3 Karboon Mobile From last two Years, that my experience told Pros Good Looking Cons 1 )  After 2-3 Month Will give u something Problem in hardware. 2)  Not Good service, even in Mumbai like City. 3 ) Small Problems also took 2 to 3 month for servicing 4 ) in service they will create Another Problem 5) More of Warranty Period Goes to Servicing Even More Than Half Of Warranty Period. that's why 6) they Makes Us Full with good Design, 7) Dont Buy Any Karboon Mobile they r wast of Mony & Time   u can Go For Nokia & sony for Good Hardware Or Micromax they give good Service

Hi, can you please improve your services. last time I visited your service centre(shah telecom bommanahalli bangalore) your service guy told me that, my phone display is damaged & it will cost me rs3000, but I got it done for just rs300 it was an ic problem, I lost my phone warranty for this, & if I had believed you I would have lost 3k........plz do something about it.

Plz Plz...solve my problem. It's an urge to you all experts. I bought Karbonn titanium Octane Plus (White) SmartPhone through on-line purchase (via www.snapdeal.com). But after opening the SmartPhone pack, I found that the Rear Camera of this has 13 Mega Pixel of resolution (highest resolution) despite of encripted 16 Mega Pixel of Back/Rear Camera alongside of the Back/Rear Camera. I have contacted the Company and the e-commerce helpline (snapdeal helpline) as well, but they both have given me no idea of how to enhance the Rear Camera Resolution upto 16 MP. Is the phone is a faulty one? That's why I'm asking you all the enquiry, how to increase the Rear Camera Resolution upto 16 MP. Plz help me sharp. I'm a picture savvy person. Taking good still picture is my utmost passion. That's why I bought this Octane Plus SmartPhone of having a ample of Mega Pixel (16 MP) of Rear Camera, after hearing from my friend of that.
