Don’t buy this JBL tune 120tws. It’s a waste of money. Expensive but poor quality. 10 days of using after I purchased it became defective already. No sound at all. I waited for more than a month for JBL Harman to replaced it. Spent more money to send them the defective unit and payed the delivery fee for their replacement. WTF JBL? They don’t deserved their REDDOT AWARD. Award my ass!

the quality is good but the latency is damn shit ): its very annoying when play call of duty
NEED HELP.. I bought my JBL Tune 120 TWS last year, and now i've notice that it doesnt full charge to 100% as per my phone notification, its always at 90%. And the bigger issue now is that everytime i've use it to listen to music using my device either laptop or smartphone 1-2mins its already @lowbat and immediately disconnected to above mention device.. Does anyone here experience these kind of issues, and what reccommendation would you give to me to fix it.. PS: i've never once drop,damage,or wet my JBLtune120TWS

I couldn't wait to return my 120 when I had em. The left side kept making this faint computer signal noise and the overall sound quality wasn't wait I was expecting from JBL. These had boosted mid bass hardly any sub bass and muffled highs and recessed lows. Overall they where terrible. But they were very comfortable in my ears and the button controls worked fine. Skip ahead now that I own the Tune 215 and 115 earbuds and I can say that JBL has come a long way in fairly short period of time. The 215 and 115 both sound much better and are just overall smaller and way better designed. Both are just as comfortable to use and both have great call quality. JBL is one of the few brands that's quick to respond when they mess up lol.
This jbl earphones doesnt even recognize by my iphone 12 pro max 👎
these headphones have the audio quality of a handheld radio and feel very cheap in the hands. 1/10

These headphones can actually resist water for a bit. One time I went to my aunt's house, I got off the car and my earbuds fell off my pocket right next to a puddle, idk how this next part happened but one earbud feel off the case and the other didn't. 20 minutes later after I arrived, I saw one earbud was missing, I went back into the car and searched for it there, after a while I gave up and then when I got off the car again, I saw the earbud in the water. I went inside the house again, asked for rice and put it there, and then an hour later it was good like nothing happened.

Strange earpods. Bought it a year ago worked for a month and stopped working no charging no connecting. A month ago I plugged the charger and gave it another chance. It worked! I dont know whats the problem.
i have them since somethong like a year and i can tell, the battery isn't as good as it was before but still very good and sometimes the right earbud doens't wanna turn on buuuuuuuuut they got used almost every day since a year and i'm super happy about them, their price, the sound (the bass is very good for wireless earphones)

Its easy to loose airpods while sprinting. Their design is Trash Apple community is trash community they pay for the brand not the quality. JBL in other hand is a known Musical approved speakers. I just hate why people buy the fake one and call it a trash.

Paji i took this earphones in April 2021 and now after 30 to 45 mins my left ear bud automatically gets disconnected and only right one works then again the left bud i have to put it in the case and remove then it works for 5 mins then again it gets disconnected.. any idea why it's happening? And the case of my earphones the lights never goes off even thought the battery is fully down.. Please help me with this problem

After 1 year the right earbud doesn't charge anymore lol So I'm going to change to the Huawei freebuds 4i cause the design is better and it has an app which I want lol

I recently brought ths iteam... But i having a prob with left buds... I mean ths device not balacing the battery charge. My left bud evn within 1hour showing empty. Meanwhile the blootooth settings still showing the battery power 80-70%charge...

I think they are good, great sound and battery, but the problem i've is that the left one doesnt really fit my left ear, it falls out after a couple of minutes of using them, they fit good in my right ear so idk what the problem is.

The only thing that bummed me out is its only bluetooth 4.2 instead of 5 And the charger is micro usb instead of type c But other then that, jbl 120 is an amazing tws and the sound quality is superior compared to airpod 2
