Not an expert at audio, but i bought these and just something seems off. Almost like i keep turning up the volume to hear the vocals. Just seems muffled or something. I like acoustic music and stuff

are these loud? had a problem with the sony WHCH710N and they were NOT LOUD AT ALL.

These headphones are great if you are looking for a real solid sound. They don’t give you some surround, but if you download the JBL app, just turn on the bass, or if you prefer deeper bass sound (not at max volume), turn on the ANC + Jazz option and you’ll be impressed. And all together with the Dolby Atmos option on your phone you will get what you are looking for. And there is Alexa and Voice assistant as well.
