I got these for $16 for my partner for Christmas. They sound awesome! So much so I'm going to get a pair. I compare this to other high-end earbuds I have (Ultimate Ears, Klipsh) and the professional Shure in-ear monitors I use. He's obviously trashing the product to sell whatever else he is recommending.
