I’m actually looking to hook a speaker up to my backpack, for when I go hiking & backpacking? I’m trying to decide if I want earphones or a small Bluetooth speaker for my hiking & backpacking excursions? Maybe both? This Jr Pop is also described as being a little more durable. It can take a little bit of punishment from the kiddos on the playground...translating that into durability on the trail. Since the speaker would B on my backpack strap, mega sound & bass aren’t a top priority, I’ll hear it plenty. That being said, I’m sure it sounds way better then my iPhone 8+ speakers, lol!! I would imagine since it’s on my backpack strap, I wouldn’t have to necessarily blast it & disturb nature or other fellow hikers? Can the light show on the Jr. Pop be turned off or customized? I also like the flexibility of the strap, another plus for the Jr. Pop! The price @ $25 is rite too, another plus for the Jr. Pop. Typing this out, I’ve damn near talked myself into buying one, lol!! U’r thoughts & opinions please? I look forward to all the hate mail too!

My problem, and I've seen many complaints online, is that the connection breaks after a few minutes and has to be re- established. Which is difficult (and extremely annoying when I'm trying to relax with all that's going on right now!!) when its on the shore and I'm floating on the lake!
