Received my JBL C100 via flipkart today but it took bass for me to a whole new level, there is zero bass..is there any other separate setting that I'm missing? as i have checked everything out but couldn't find any to feel the bass effect.

I have seen your video about the same you said there is no outside noise is heard while speaking to a call but when I am speaking to others they are complaining about lot of outside noise than my voice is heard by them which is getting disturbance. please show the solution.
