Hi Peter, can you please help me out? I bought the Jabra storm ,the one right here on this video ,off eBay and I've had it for a month and I still can't figure out how to make a call using hands-free voice command , I still have to use my phone to dial,I could answer calls I just can't figure out how to actually dial using my voice ,my jabra Storm didn't come with an instruction manual
does it support google assistance

I just bought it 20 days ago I was good but this time it is that worst one because before I start saying yes or no ignoring by itself ivan if I what say you so this product is not good if you have important phone calls you definitely 90% you miss it so this is not good product to for Sirius person.

Yes so true. I have the same problem. Whenever I’m in a area where it’s noisy it either cut off or people saying they can’t hear me. It definitely don’t give me ten hours of talk time.

This is not a long lasting device. The rubber tube connecting the device to the plastic ear phone part cracks and breaks. If the set is under warranty then it is replaced else the company says it cannot be repaired.

Bought two months ago and already broken twice from bend so u need to buy a super glue with it aswell, sometimes calls recieved just with car noice you don't need to say yes, bettery life not more then 5 hours, when half of the bettery left it will connect and disconect all the time automatically so then you need to recharge it again and again i can only give 2 stars

junk two time replaced on warranty battery doesn't hold all day max 2 hours talk time ,and noise cancellation not working !

hey mate, mine work perfectly fine too. however battery life while using with laptop is very poor. the two Jabra Storm I have only provides about 1.5 - 2 hours or talk time with a bit of YouTube videos in the mix. Called Jabra support however they are unable to tell me what is wrong. Tried, different charging cables, different charging adapters and even swapping them over for new ones. Still the same resultlove this device, but not getting the love with battery life while using with my laptop. If anyone has any advice to resolve this issue, please let me know. thank you in advance. As professional driver I'm very disappointed with Jabra Storm, because of: 1. major problems with sound cutting-off, when some background noises, so most of caller's are saying that they can't hear me (I don't really know if it's faulty my individual headset or overall firmware problem) 2. battery life seems way less, than declared 10 hours of talk. In fact didn't even last one working day, and when playing music you get 2-3 hours 3. occasionally connection problems when operating with two sources (multipoint) 4. call pick/reject voice commands are very unreliable, so you are forced to use button But here's also some advantages: 1. It's small, lightweight and comfortable 2. Redial/pick/reject button is on the tip of mic, so it's easy to find/click Recently I'm changing to Plantronics Voyager Edge or Legend (I will try both in shop and will decide).
