Recieved this in the post today. What a cheap piece of tat! The ear clip snapped off straight away and the earpiece is massive and doesn't fit in your ear. Happy era by jawbone headpiece was amazing why hasn't anyone copied their design?

hi, i bought this one a while ago and forgot about it, and i just thought about it earlier. i charged it for a couple of hours but now i cant seem to turn it on, even when i press and hold the button for more than 5 seconds. when o charge it, the light turns on but when i press the button, it doesnt work. can i please ask for your assistance.
