Please don't buy any product of ivoomi. I purchased it after watching this video. I get impressed by this paid version video of Sharma ji technical. My phone's battery swelled and stopped working in 8 months only. Service centres are not available. Somehow, i found service centre in Patna. Ordered battery from there and its 1 month gone but didn't get the battery. The guy of service centre told that battery would take at least 15 days to come but didn't get it. Ivoomi's call centre is good in response to make customer fool. You will feel that customer service is very responsive and take call immediately however you won't find any service indeed. They use Facebook and Twitter only for publishing attractive Advertisements. I tried to write on their page but unable to post my issue. They don't accept your review on FB and Twitter where many people can see your problems which has possible negative impact on ivoomi. Customers may stop purchasing their products. Conclusively, i want to tell you that don't come under the influence of these reviewer like sharma jee technical and ivoomi brands. There are more authentic and responsible producers of phone available. Spend 500 more and get a trustworthy device.
