Hey I connected it to the Xbox one and it is incredibly low in microphone sound, people say they can't hear me even though my settings arecranked to full volume. Any suggestions?
I just bought a set of these and I played Fortnite with them and I am pleased with them. I do agree with your assessment that they aren't bass heavy, unlike my audio only headphones, they are tinny as well but the way you hear things going on around you is heightened and that helps immensely. It doesn't work on Xbox for some reason, sound yes, mic only works in party chat for some reason. Tried an adaptor by Turtlebeach and it still didn't work

If your mic isn’t working try force it in as much as possible into the headphones and make sure your can’t see the gold jack part

The plastic head set holder is a no no, i honestly think that headset like the ones made for audio use in the 70's with mostly metal enforcement's make it sturdy and resilient for long time use.
