looks better than Android budget below 5k 2 GB RAM and what's app is awesome ..Android phone don't knotch up to this phone ....it ran asphalt 8 and Android low budget phones can't run asphalt 8 .....a good OS ....though it needs a little improvement ...it has great future

this is a very nice device, more better vs. JOLLA1.the intex works 2 month problemless. Only the cam, could be better......will there come sailfish OS 2.0.4.55 for intex Aqua fish ? ....( maybe...jolla has a big problem now, and do not support intex-Aqua-Fish-device...this is the part of INTEX-developer...not Jolla. Maybe...intex finish the support....you have any waste-device?

You should have done a bit more homework on this. People who have used the heavyweights like N900 or the N9 - would be able to tell you how much they miss such an OS. Unfortunately, the attempt is a rather half baked one - hence not a good way to showcase the capabilities.
TataCliq is selling it for just Rs 4300 which is dirt cheap.If you install OpenRepos Warehouse then you can get plethora of native Sailfish OS apps like Prostogram (For Instagram), WhatsUp (for WhatsApp), Sailbook (for Facebook), Quickddit (for Reddit), Tweetian (for Twitter), YTPlayer (for Youtube), Sailorgram (for Telegram), but yeah you're right the camera sucks but for this price it's manageable.

@91mobiles - this OS has quite a history.Nokia Maemo OS + Intel Moblin OS = Meego OS.However Stephen Elop who was an ex-executive of Microsoft and new CEO of Nokia at that time in 2012 anounced that Nokia is going all the way towards MS-Windows Mobile OS by discontinuing the support to Meego and Intel as well soon had no other choice except to abandon the OS and re-focus their resources towards Android which was really final nail in the coffin.So a bunch of guys from Nokia left the company and started Jolla and built Sailfish OS on top of Meego. !!Just to note - it has solid OS core - wish it succeeds as platform for multiple devices on its licensing model.Long live Meego, Long live Jolla, Long sail Sailfish across the waters. !!! :)

SydI have purchased it from Shop CJ only way back 20 days and using it as my standby phone. I will recommend that if a user wants to get a different experience in between his android life, he must buy it. I have customized it to a satisfactory level and uses 5 to 6 days in a month. It was a good experience till now. It is not allowing truecaller to pop up at the time of call arrives like iOS. Photos one cannot upload on WhatsApp directly from gallery. There may be more limitations in this Linux OS.
