I've recently moved cities and haven't found a decent CrossFit option, so doing far more HIIT/agility/sprint work. Need a replacement for my metcon 4s with a bit more responsiveness and cushion (recent meniscus surgery too). Would you recommend this vs. met react/235v3?
V2 a for lifting, v3 for plyometrics, running
They look like orthopaedic shoes.. guaranteed half price in two months. I am an inov8 fan bit these are not the best.
Have had the for about 2 weeks, that plastic liner rubbing inside of foot. 235s much better lifting, plyometrics. Definitely not for deadlifting.

Great review. But one quick note, it’s not the first cross training shoe to use Graphene. The Inov-8 F-Lite G 290’s were the first. They are the first cross training shoes to have a Graphene midsole though!
Kinda wished they had a hoop on the heel of the shoe. Oh well. Still seems good. Also, on a bit of a tangent, I thought you guys had a full video review of the Reebok Nano 8. However, I can’t seem to find it on your playlist.
It seems a good option for those seaking something else except Nanos and Metcons! How do they compare performance wise? Thanks
