Dear sir I have been using IFB executive plus for past 16 years no trouble and now I upgraded to this same model few days back and very sad. Very excessive vibration with knocking noise and moving itself during spinning. IFB tech also observed it. He level the machine. But with different load the same problem. Now I have to try without the stand.

I purchased this model machine few days back and very excessive vibration and noise. Still not resolved. My previous IFB used for 16 years. So I upgraded to this new model and now I am in trouble. Very poor engineering of IFB.

IFB is not able to solve the excessive vibration and noise of this machine. A poor customer of elena ZXS customer. Please do not use the IFB stand (corroded within 3 months) for this machine. It will increase the vibration and machine will move around your floor.
I think difference between ZX and ZXS is that ZXS has steam wash feature..

Daily mix fabric ke clothes hain less than half machine load toh kaunsa program use karna better hoga......muze 2 techinicians ne 2 alag options bole....1) use synthetic/daily 2) if less than half load select express, if half use mixed soiled, select cotton if full load is filled I am confused...which one to select for good results.
