I have ibs c and d , I found that exercise , walking , running etc , makes me flare up the worst . Might be just me though .

I have IBS-D, my experience is that yoga is ok for me but running, jogging, push-ups are always worsen my ibs symtoms. I don't know about cycling though.
I've been running/jogging/walking for 1-2 miles, 1-3 times a week for about a month or maybe 6 weeks now. I also added George's aloe juice to my routine, and ketotifen fir a mast cell stabilizer. For context, I have a history of IBS-D and C mixed, but mostly D. Been treating chronic lyme disease, babesia and bartonella and EBV (mono gone chronic) for 7 years now. I have tried so many things! Including a FMT fecall matter transplant which helped a lot with chronic D from recurring cdiff, but it didn't cure my 60 food allergies/intolerance like I had hoped. I have done many years of herbal and antibiotic therapies,, bone broth powder,, antiparasitics, licorice root, adrenal gland support,, anti inflammatory stuff.. chlorella, charcoal,, fiber blend.. IV vitamin therapy... histamine block, diets for candida, sibo, low dose immunotherapy treatment.. everything my doctors can think of.. I've made some significant progress with many symptoms, but two or three years later: my digestion is still not how I want it to be. I have begun reintroducing foods that I was avoiding, so far, 3 veggies plus sugar and high fodmap foods too. So that's so exciting! I believed it was possible and it IS! I'm still not sleeping well, but I found out that that's just histamine, inflammation and low testosterone. (I did the Dutch hormone panel). I learned in the last year that I really do need to be consistent about taking fiber blend every single day. That was important. Now, I haven't treated for the testosterone yet, But in the last 6 weeks, I've started running. I started aloe vera juice (George's brand). I started ketotifen for mast cell /histamine overproduction. I also started meditating every day using guided meditation videos. And wow! I think its the three things, all together, but recently I didn't run all week and things weren't as amazing. When I ran 2-4 or even 5 times a week or alternating with biking 6 or more miles in a day, and walking every day guaranteed, and WOW, I got Amazing digestion results! Literally, (tmi sorry), smooth, perfect, 9-15 inch 💩 ! Better than I've had in my entire life. So, thanks for the video. I highly recommend exercise for IBS 🏅🏅🏅🎗✔✔✔❗ My goal is to be able to run a 5k, easily 3 times a week, and do an actual event. I want to be able to reintroduce 20 more foods this year. I want to sleep well every night, and wake up at 7am every single day. I'm taking the year 2020 as an opportunity for focusing completely on my health. No excuses. Here's to health! Great video. Everybody who reads this- my tip: just tell yourself you're going for a walk, get dressed, go through the motions and then see what happens! Get a few different running buddies and schedule times with them on your calendar. Ask yourself how much you want x goal, and picture how great it will feel to be doing it regularly. Picture this as often as possible and your dreams can come true! Alternating running 1-2 miles or biking 6-15 miles per day has literally been better than any medicine in the last few years. It's the final, irreplaceable, missing piece of the puzzle!
Those had to be ibs People who runs to the bathroom several times a day. My ibs only makes me constipated nothing more. Guess what makes it worse? Exercise. Every single time. If I exercise ONE day I can't do number two for at least 2 to 3 days. So..
Can I do abs workout ??
I have Ibs and just poop after every meal , it all started at the start of lockdown when i was having an unhealthy diet of pancakes every day for breakfast. I did also little exercise. i used to burn 2000 calories a day from doing indoor cycling for 1 hour . But since lockdown longed on i have not been doing exercise. I have to admit when i did exercise my ibs was not as bad , and i’m promising myself i’m going to start exercising every day like i used to

Definitely helps me. More than anything. Started cycling and in few days of doing 70km in 3 days bloating down and no tummy pain even though I ate foods high in fodmaps for my daughters bday. Wow. Am impressed. Better than any meds.

i exercise everyday but what i am having trouble with is the energy levels, i have trouble eating almost anything so "healthy eating" does not work for me, i was active before i got ill but now i lose weight 2 fast
