Kahitij bhaiya katti sahi bol rahe hai. Mainne phalle different ram install kari or jab problem aai tab you tube search kiya. Or tab ye video milli. Mainne 32 Gb ram( 3600mhz, latency 18) install kari 64 Gb (3600mhz, latency 18) kai saath. Computer on hua, par task manager mai ram 2133 mhz show kar raha tha. Yanni kuch to problem hui hai. Or same merre laptop kai saath hua. No doubt, kshitij bhai bilkul sahi hai. Or fir bhi kissi ko test karna hai karlo, bhai.

Using ram of same size is recommended, however you can use rams of different sizes together in dual channel, they would in a mode called flex mode. I'm using 12gb (8+4) and it works flawlessly, I can open more chrome tabs and play games etc etc. You should however check if your pc is compatible for dual channel. or flex mode

I am using vivobook X412FJ. It came with 8Gb of RAM but it's memory is expandable to 12Gb. You're saying we shouldn't use different sizes of RAM together. So, why Asus gave it's memory to be expandable to 12Gb?
