Purchase Hp VICTUS Laptop 20 days ago .. Till Yesterday it was working fine.. But from Yesterday i faced some weird issue.. After charging the Battery persentage showing same when I unplugged the charger. ( If the battery charging done 70% then if I remove the charger then it’s showing 70% only, Not Decreasing Time by Time) And then directly switched off from that 70% to 0 after 2or3 hour’s If I full charged then it showing 99% after charger removed.. and then if I use it 5 hours then also it’s showing battery percentage 99% Available..and then 5 hours it will directly Switched off and when I connect Charger again it start from zero Please help

I am writing this so you don't have to regret i have been using it for 4 months I WILL DEFINITELY SAY TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAPTOP. I am having literal headaches because of this shitty laptop. 1- The damn storage i bought in 3060 variant at 1.09 lakh. Within 5 days i filled the 512 nvme. I bought another 1 tb nvme cost me 12thousand. 2- The verrry very bad wifi I have a 7-year-old laptop Acer aspire it has more range than this. not just this, the wifi continuously disconnects itself in every 20 minutes i have to buy an intel wifi card cost me 6 thousand i called HP customer care they were so stubborn and said there is some problem from my side. 3- The ugly hinge I travel a lot the hinge is so bad even my fan wind makes it move.
