Actually this configuration is the Late 2019/ Early 2020 13" Spectre. The 2020 version is 11th Gen Intel.

If your eyes get tired, it's likely pwm. Turn the brightness up.Also you're in luck. They have a 14 model with 3:2 ratio, even in OLED.
Currently I am using Gem Cut designed Hp Spectre...Its overall a great Laptop but the only problem is heating issues.If you are ok with it, its just perfect.I love my laptop. Thanks to Dad for getting me this GEM
I bought the 16:9 and regretted it. Should have gone for the 13.5 model which has the 3:2.
god this review is leaps better than many others. i appreciate your real world verbiage and centering on the tactile feel of the laptop as opposed to more tech savvy ultra gaming and processing centric reviews. a really good universal review
