I think your specification is wrong about this laptop as It happens, I have the same variant HP Pavillion 14-ce3006TU Thin which has 8 GB DDR4 2666 Mhz SODIMM ram and it has a single slot for RAM. which can be upgraded to 16 GB maximum. Please correct me if I am wrong.

bhai mere laptop ka charging sirf 98% tak hota hain fir nhi hota aur mera battery backup sirf 1 and 30 hour ka hi hota hain jab mein zoom video call karta hu mene yeh laptop hp world se karida hain mereko refund ya replace milega kya.
I just bought it two days back and am facing the same issue. Even for normal surfing and youtube it starts heating up after 15 minutes. This is the first time in my life after buying a new laptop I am facing heating issue. Good that you covered this issue in the VDO. Will contact them and see if I get a replacement...or refund...
