hello, I have bought the same laptop but I AM facing some problem with the Touchpad . whenever I'AM pressing it , the touchpad is going inside and it very loose. and the left and right click is on the middle and need to press very hard to get a click on it. when I called the customer care, then send a technician , he was telling me it is the pattern of the laptop. can you please confirm it .

You didn't point out that it has a 45% NTSC color supported display(color accuracy is really bad) which is really bad given its price. And guess what the previous generation had a 72% NTSC display. Do include the color accuracy of display in your reviews especially the costly ones.

I also own the same laptop but international varient i7 11 gen 8GB ram and 512 ssd and my laptop has some heating issues . while watching only youtube videos and one tab is open my laptop gets heat not that high but slightly heater than warm and watching videos only 30 to 45 minutes fans started running and when i use my laptop while charging its get hot and fans started running below the full speed and when i charge my laptop on sleep mode fans started running and laptop gets heat and i use my laptop for moderate work and i also get less battery life while using chrome youtube i only get 6 hours 30 minutes and brightness is zero and when i was web browsing , using note pad , wifi bluetooth turned off i got 8 hours 20 minutes and brightness of screen is to the lowest 0 as my laptop has 1000 nits brightness with privacy screen so lowest brightness is enough

Honestly, this Envy x360 is the worst laptop i've had in all 7 of them. It is getting super hot while playing anything, even low spec games. Sometimes it is freezing for 1-2 sec and it gets back to normal afterwards. The cooler is SUPER noisy even while browsing, sometimes for no reason. And now, after ~8 months of usage, THE DISPLAY IS STARTING TO GET OUT OF IT'S "CASE" for some reason. Have to mention i don't even move him from the desk. I'm still wondering what else could broke soon in this "machine". At least it looks good, lol.

I was close to buy it, but it doesn't support standard USB Type-C PD power supply. WHY?!? I don't want to have another not standard PSU at home. I already have 5x Dell PSUs, 4x Lenovo and 1x MSI (however this MSI is a standard PSU without 3'rd line to check the PSU vendor).
Hope HP has sorted out the issue with the hinge on Envy
