Hey, can you just check your peak battery capacity? Mine went down to 92% in about 4 months of casual usage. Just open the HP Support Assistant App, and check the battery capacity.

Interesting....in all my life of typing I've only used that right control key a couple times so personally I love it that it's gone. I actually just bought the newer version of this (Envy 13-ba1047wm) from walmart with 256gb SSD for $629 USD and it has the 11th gen i5 with thunderbolt 4. Mine doesn't have the okwerd backslash that you're talking about, it's got a dedicated button. Maybe you should of waited a couple months to get the one I have.
