HP EliteBook 840 G5 review: A reliable business laptop with some style
Is the computer playing a game GTA5?
Isn't 830 13.3 inch whereas 840 is 14 inch?
On the right side is not an SD card reader it is the docking station port
son of btch why hide the core with your finger
I have the 850 G5 since January 2019, and everything he says is applicable to my laptop as well.
this computer is garbage! I would not pay 0.1 cent for this shit!
Best laptop ever created
I like this a lot more than the Dell Latitude 7000 series. More bang for the buck and this is way more stylish. I am looking for a laptop that I will be able to use in Automotive tech school down the road, and I think this is durable and powerful enough (but also stylish and compact enough) to fit the bill! Awesome review!
.
Can you tell us how to connect 3 displays to this laptop?
These are overpriced tubs. Long term paper weights
Does it have dvd drive?
I work at Verizon and they gave me this laptop, I wish I can request a MacBook

Thanks for this review. I acquired one based on it. And it's garbage. Beautifully constructed, but slow beyond belief. I also have a Lenovo V110 with a solid state drive which is not so well made but wipes the floor with the HP in every other respect. And it was cheaper.
Someone buy this guy a comb.
How can you say that trackpoint is ok if u dont use it? This review smell of bs
Just wanted to make it 800 likes
Any way to get Windows hello working? I removed the BioMetrics drivers to update but cant find any
got mine a couple a days ago. Love the build quality, hate the sound (like on all laptops), a lot of initial updates, fantastic keyboard, way to many built in HP app's and some are in conflict with windows. But for a 14" laptop that is built to last: Just bought it a $200 leather case; Nuff said.
Does it run Roblox?
These reviews are kind of lazy and useless and nothing more than a sales pitch. The specs can be found online and pretty much every manufacturer has a comparable line of laptops. It doesn't say anything about long-term use and user experience. For example, I have an HP elitebook but it has a crappy trackpad driver that often breaks scrolling and I have to restart it daily to make it work. HP haven't fixed it in years. What good does it do when it's a beautiful machine with good specs but it's perpetually broken in one way or another. Reviews should focus on things like that. Manufacturers just like to advertise specs because it gets them sales but have cut corners in less obvious ways and just don't care to fix issues because they have your money. It's the same thing with smartphones.
