I did this and my cartridges keep linking. I’m wondering what I did wrong.
I have a query for u. on 17 September 2020 i have installed a new printer head bcoz the error i was getting is Cartridge Damaged, so i bought a new cartridge,still the error was not cleared. so i contacted HP and new printer head installed . so the HP Engineer saying not to use the used ink cartridge as it is already detected by the printer and there is a chance of damaging the printer head again. I never used a refill cartridge. Always using a new cartridge. So my question is whether I can use the used cartridge. plz reply
I use same method of refilling HP711 ink cartridges for the last 2 years, suddenly from today 3rd June, 2020 refiled original cartridges is rejected by the printer. Any solution for this please.
I am getting a HP designjet T120 ONLY if this works. Can you confirm that there are no recent software updates that stop this from happening?

Is it not necessary to cancel the ink level sensor to be able to use the cartridges? For example, the HP 8610 printer works in that way.
