That's a very strange HP, because mine is in no way flimsy like that! It is well built and sturdy. Now I didn't got the expensive screen though. It was purchased back in December 2019 for $a little over $600 with a i7 processor and 12gb memory. The laptop hasn't gave me any issues at all.

I have an almost similar laptop, HP 15-rb000nm, 4 gb ram 128 ssd. Immediately at the beginning of use, a problem arose, it broke down. It was in service and again the same problem until the motherboard and graphics card were replaced. So we'll see how it works.
