you mention touchpad no precision not working, mine has it , you might need bios and windows update, mine is working, go to start and type touchpad open the touchpad settings, at the top it will say if pc has precision touchpad, also reg ram , you need more, i upgraded mine to 16gb, and also put in a m.2 nvme ssd drive , most models of the hp 14 series has the slot for it.
