Yeah but if the solar panel is 1.5watts you could have it in the window all summer and it won't fully charge. I have one that's similar only mine is 13,500mAh no compass tho.

Bought mine for twenty bucks and it is fantastic. I keep this in my long range recon pack. It did not come with a compass which is fine because I have several and that was not a selling point with me. Maybe that was on previous models only.
