i losend the tilt tension and the spring is so thick and tough that i cant tighten it anymore ive literally tried with everything i could posibly think of but that spring just wont let its self be tightend. update: i locked it but it still tilts back a little bit, its annoying but way better than before

I will also tell you one thing it all depends on the person you can just tell that one chair is better than other i have tried office chairs from 7k inr to 20k inr all failed and i had back pain the gaming chairs worked for me better so don't believe the videos on internet go to a store and try the chairs yourself

I bought almost the same chair as yours. I have a problem with the clamp or the handle for the recline. I saw in this video that it is very smooth or easy to adjust. Mine is too hard, although it can recline. It does not go back to its original position though after I adjust its recline. What do you think I have done wrong?

I barely had mine for a year. My arm rest kept on braking off, there is barely any padding and the hydraulic just gave up. I almost fell off, luckily I jumped off in time. I have to say the only best part was leaning back, but that didn't last too long...
