I wanted to by that kind of flute a couple of weeks ago: pear wood soprano recorder by Hohner. I have an Aulos brand soprano recorder. It's in plastic, the one I used to play in when I was at school, but believe me when I say it's a good quality soprano recorder for a student, though not a wooden one. Now I'm studying tenor recorder - but still want to buy the pear wooden Hohner soprano. Also, I want to paint my flute, make it an OOAK recorder (One of A Kind recorder).
I like the timbre of that recorder. Warm and focused. I should buy one.
